What's Included
Every venue visit, the same standard.
Pre-concert preparation
The piano is tuned, voiced and regulated to the hall's acoustic and the repertoire before the performance. Every venue has its own personality, and we ensure the instrument speaks clearly from the first note.
Concert attendance
The tuner is present throughout the performance, ready for touch-ups in the interval and on call for any emergency — a slipped pin, a broken string, a shift in humidity from a full house.
Regular maintenance
Scheduled tuning and care for every piano in the building. A contract keeps instruments on a stable, predictable cadence and catches small issues before they become costly repairs.
Honest reporting
After each visit, you receive a brief condition report for every piano — what was done, what was noticed, and what may need attention next time. No surprises, just clear communication.

Pre-Concert Tune
