“Reliable, professional service with a smile.”

“Good bloke”

“I have been getting my piano tuned by GEV Chapman & Son for several years now, and I can't praise them enough for their workmanship. The piano tuner is always on time and if I notice a problem in the run up to the tuning it is always fixed no matter how long it takes them.”

“Jonathan has tuned our piano for years, before that, his Father, George, did it. Both very competent and a pleasure to deal with over the past 32 years.”

“We have been delighted with the service we have received here. Mr. John Chapman has expertly tuned our piano over a number of years and his manner has always been friendly and professional.”

“Chapman (father and son) have been tuning our piano since about 1985! They have always been lovely to work with, professional, courteous, prompt and reliable and most importantly the piano always sounds wonderful once they have finished. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get our piano tuned. Highly recommend.”

“John has been visiting us for many years now, replacing his father who first tuned our piano over thirty years ago. He has looked after the same piano in all that time and always manages to restore it to concert pitch whatever the state of tuning he finds. He is always on time and is very professional, managing to complete the tuning efficiently and yet finding time for catch up conversation. It is a pleasure to have him visit and to watch a skilled technician at work. We recommend him without hesitation.”

“GEV Chapman & Son have been tuning my pre-1960s family pianos for about 15 years. His knowledge, interest & care for the pianos I have had (old & not expensive pianos) is excellent and as a result they have always played beautifully. The service is very professional in terms of administration of appointments etc and he is always reliable & on time. A first class service at a very reasonable cost.”
